The design of a residential house for housing of two families was started with the preparation of the technical documentation. The building is a residential house that consists of three levels: basement, ground floor and attic.
The building has one main entrance, the ground floor is reached by stairs which is raised from the ground at elevation 1.13 m, the basement is half-dug at elevation -1.39 m from the ground and is a common space for both families.
The ground floor has two separate residential units consisting of an entrance hall with stairs, a living room with a kitchen and a dining room and a toilet.
From each residential unit, through the internal stairs, there is an attic in which are solved the bedrooms and children's rooms, together with bathrooms and wardrobes.
