The newly designed part of the building on the ground floor has a usable area of P = 62.50m2, organized for the following purposes: living room, dining room with stairs and kitchen. The ground floor is
raised 15 cm from the ground level. One parking space is provided outside and one in the basement.
The attic has a usable area of P = 72.24 m2, organized with the following purposes: stairs, hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms and a bedroom with separate bathroom.
The building is planned to be made of reinforced concrete skeletal construction of load-bearing columns, beams and slabs with d = 14 cm.
The roof is constructively designed as a single-water attic roof that is covered with a wall from the front, to act as a flat roof from the outside in accordance with the modern architecture of the building.
