UPGRADE OF FAMILY HOUSE (from design to realization)

The upgrade of the family house was performed with externally placed pillars around the legalized building and inside the existing building. The access to the attic is with external stairs that are attached to the existing building. The existing building is retained in its entirety.
The newly designed condition of the building has the following contents:
- Hallway;
- Open living room with kitchen and dining room;
- Two bedrooms with wardrobe;
- Kids room;
- Bathroom and
- Utilities
The size of the building in the attic is 165.67m2, the net area on the ground floor is 113.46m2, and the attic is 144.46m2.
The building is designed and constructed in a reinforced concrete skeletal system of construction.
